Receptionist Wanted at Östersund Camping

Do you want to be the first smile our guests meet? Östersund Camping is looking for receptionists for the summer who are passionate about service, have a sense of organization, and can bring order to the unexpected!

The positions are part-time, between 70-80%, with scheduled working hours (day, evening, and weekend) from May to August.

Your Role

As a receptionist with us, you are the face of the company. You handle bookings, check-ins and check-outs, phone calls, emails, inform guests, and assist with everything from the small to the large. Regardless of the situation, you are always ready to solve problems with a friendly attitude.

Who Are You?

You should have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, while additional language skills are a plus. You are outgoing, love meeting new people, and have a natural sense of service. You can remain calm in stressful situations. Although previous experience is an advantage, we value your drive and willingness to always do your best.
